1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Provision of Services

Vision Ready Mix Concrete LLP provides high-quality ready mix concrete for construction purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our service or products at any time without prior notice.

3. Delivery and Site Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing safe and adequate access for our transit mixers and pumping equipment. Any delays or damages caused by inadequate site conditions will be the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times are estimates and subject to traffic, weather, and operational constraints.

4. Quality and Testing

Our concrete is manufactured according to IS code specifications. Quality claims must be supported by test results from NABL accredited laboratories. We are not liable for defects arising from improper placement, curing, or addition of water at the site by unauthorized personnel.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in the individual quotations or contracts. We reserve the right to halt supply in case of outstanding dues. Late payments may attract interest as per standard company policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vision RMC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to construction delays.
